A little bit every day

I have spent the last couple of hours researching free press release distribution services.  I have decided that monthly I should be sending out press releases of new things going on with the cookbook, either about sales or promotions or reviews or mentions in newspapers to keep interest up in the cookbook.  I think there will be a certain point in the evolution of the cookbook where enough people will have heard about it from a number of different angles that sales will start to climb.  I know it will be a long and gradual process but every bit helps.  I have also asked friends who have my cookbook to write reviews on Amazon and others in order to help improve the search results of the cookbook and maybe get noticed by the editors at Amazon so they will feature the cookbook as one of their books of the month.  That would be an amazing success.  But I have to remind myself that it is increment increases that will lead the way to success not overnight sudden luck.  So just like tonight it is a little bit every day!
