Two big accomplishments tonight. First, I went to the hardware store and picked two different colours to paint the kitchen, one is a soft green colour with maybe grey undertones, kind of a dull green and the other is brick red. I just painted a couple of swipes of each colour on the walls so we can live with them for a few days to decide which we like best and then I imagine this Saturday is all about painting the kitchen. And I choose a grey for the upstairs bathroom. It has a blue counter top and blue floor tiles both of which will be replaced but for now I thought we should add some colour to the bathroom while we live with until those renovations start!
And I learned tonight how to convert my book to the Kindle ebook format so I can add it to the Amazon stores as well. It is amazing what you can find with Google and I downloaded some software which does the transformation for me. Now I just have to double check it, finish all the Kindle registration stuff on Amazon and then load it for sale this week. Amazingly easy. Apparently Amazon now sells more Kindle versions of books than printed copies. Can you imagine how much the world has changed! So I better swim with the tide and load my Kindle version as well!! Each day a new adventure!
